Shipping Policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be fulfilled within 3-5 business days after credit card authorization and confirmation have been received. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed starting the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Shipping may take up to 2-5 days after fulfillment. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has shipped.

Missing or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages when tracking number shows delivered. You may open a claim with USPS, but we are not responsible once USPS scans the package delivered at the address the customer provided. You may file a Claim with USPS at: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

All products are proudly made in a licensed commercial kitchen located in Fort Worth, Texas, and adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety.

To ensure optimal freshness, please store the items in a cool, dry area immediately upon receipt. For the best experience, consume within 5-7 days.

Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Merchandise

All merchandise and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 5 business days after you received your product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@misterpicoso.com

Returned Package

If a package is returned to MISTER PICOSO due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, a subtotal refund will be initiated. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
